I genuinely loved working at Corndel. The flexibility was a HUGE positive - proper flexibility, not just "we say we're flexible" flexibility. Unlimited holiday that you could actually take without anyone making you feel guilty about it. And the fact that you could do an apprenticeship as an employee was brilliant.
The people were some of the best I've worked with. Supportive, collaborative, no egos. The mission is real too - you actually feel like you're helping people access education and develop their careers. It's not just marketing fluff.
Cons
Career progression is the one frustration, average salaries the other. Even if you're delivering results and clearly ready for the next step, there's no clear path. You kind of have to fight for it, which gets tiring when you're already proving yourself every day.
