Great medical benefits. Profit share program.

Cons

Required to work a lot on your own time for minimal payoff. Lack of communication in upper management and general ignorance about digital marketing. Lacks transparency. No vertical movement available. Poor organization and HR management.

Full comprehensive training provided. Opportunity to progress very clear. You will get out what you put in. Good team atmosphere.

Working a lot off your own back, lack of secure income. Working long days. Can bring you up against adversity.

Pros

Most of the co-workers are nice and pleasant to work with. Family-owned.

Cons

Swinging door for employees. People come and go here. A lot of turnover for such a small agency. Managers are micro-managers. They don't understand how a real ad agency should work. Make sure if they offer you a job you ask how many employees have come and gone in the last year or so. The numbers will shock you.
