Work from home in some (limited) positions.

Cons

Terrible pay vs competitors, poor executive leadership communication, lack of transparency in business/organizational changes, outdated business model, stuck in the past, currently trying to make a sheepish half-baked attempt at modernization that is 10 years too late to save the company at this point.
