-Long hours depending on the job(s) assigned to that day.
- Inconsistent scheduling.
- At least for me, doing some training on my own time was needed such as learning how to read plans, reports, scope out for details, etc. I'm not the only person either.
- Regardless of Engineer or Technician, you start out in construction services and can be there for greater than 2 years if you are needed there. Promotion depends on if GI/GE is overwhelmed and needs assistance and/or if Construction Services is busy/slow.
- Can be overwhelming depending on complexity and how busy the job site(s) are.
