      Great peers with shared love for students holistic development.

      Cons

      Leadership has all the answers and does not welcome collaborative input. Constructive feedback is viewed as disloyal or worse. Executive leadership is paid well while faculty pay is well below market.

      Pros

      God's commandments extend to finances, it was a joy to share the good news of His grace as it applies to this major part of life (personal finance).

      Cons

      Some courses offered extra credit for meeting with a Groundwork coach- mainly at mid terms or finals. So my schedule always got really busy with work when I needed to study and prepare for finals.
