Lack of training, poor management, Owner favors friends & calls them consultants, no pay increases, job duties change weekly, company has high turnover
-The way they were running the company was a joke
-The military way of running things is awful. This is the real world not the military.
-So many HR violations. Employees could easily sue this company.
The CEOs vision for the direction he wants to get his organization is bar none SUPERIOR!!
Cons
If you are not a part of the original regime and you are new (unless you are connected to someone) the team will not genuinely welcome you. Any ideas you come up with to assist with making life easier you get pushed back on.
If you have the experience, they will pay someone with entry level experience just as much as someone who has 10 - 20 years experience and justify it. Don't ask for a raise either as they don't believe in equitable pay and they will make excuses to justify their reasoning.
