Pros

There is nothing positive to write about this company. The owner is delusional and a habitual liar.

Cons

The owner was habitually late on payroll while lying to employees and gouging customers. He should be in jail. A complete house of cards.

Pros

It was decent pay and benefits before the 20% pay decrease along with taking away 401k and changing to awful health insurance. The only pro would be the great clients that CRSI gets...though there aren't many clients left.

Cons

You have to have thick skin to work here and be okay with working your tail off with not even a "thank you" or "job well done". The CEO is incredibly insulting. If you want an authentic experience of working with someone like Donald Trump, this is the job for you. He knows more than anyone and has zero facts to back it up. His ego is what inevitably made this company fail, along with his lack of ethics. Oh, and good luck getting paid, as they have no issue withholding your paycheck for weeks in order to pay back loans. Meanwhile, CEO is on expensive trips oversees while his staff struggles to make ends meet. Shameful.

Pros

Absolutely zero pros to working at CRSI/ CESI

Cons

Owner cares very little for employees. Currently isn't even paying employees, although he just bought a multi million dollar home and spends all his time there spending more money doing renovations instead of fixing what is wrong his company. No matter how hard you work or how well you do it is never good enough for the owner and he has no problems yelling and screaming at people. He has burn most bridges in the industry, hence the lack of work. He also will push you to unethically bill clients, so he can get more money because the bottom line is all he cares about. Scott Roe will force you during orientation to reader leadership and management books that he has no clue how to follow. Scott can quote all sorts of facts but has no idea what they actually mean or how they are actually applied in real life.
