Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective and experience. Creating an environment where employees feel heard, respected, and equipped to succeed is something we take seriously, and it is clear from your feedback that we did not meet that expectation in your case. We recognize that the layoffs were difficult and created frustration, uncertainty, and a loss of trust for many employees. While the decisions that were made were driven by broader business needs and our long-term direction, we understand that the impact on individuals was significant. Feedback like yours is important because it highlights how those decisions and communications were experienced by the people most affected by them. We appreciate your candor regarding both the challenges you encountered and the areas where you felt the company fell short. While we may view some aspects of the situation differently, we respect your experience and are committed to learning from feedback as we continue to grow and improve. We wish you the very best in your future endeavors and appreciate the contributions you made during your time with us.

Pros

None! None! None! None! None!

Cons

I used to love clocking in, but over the last few months things have gotten worse. The level of micromanagement has increased a lot! if you’re not robotic, it can be difficult to thrive here. We’re now expected to handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and account manager responsibilities while carrying a heavy workload and trying to meet metrics that often feel unrealistic. On top of that, being questioned about ACW while actively on calls adds even more pressure. Thankfully, I was able to secure a second job.

Hey, thanks for being real about this. It’s a bummer to read, especially since you used to love clocking in. That kind of change isn’t small. We’ve adjusted how roles and workloads are structured, but it shouldn’t feel like you have to be robotic just to keep up. That’s not what we want for anyone here. We know our employees are our best asset, and we work hard to create a workplace that is rewarding and fulfilling. Metrics and call expectations are constantly being evaluated and pressure-tested internally. And for what it’s worth, feedback like yours will help us continue to improve.

Pros

Fully remote but not much else

Cons

Everything about this company and its parent company is sketchy. It would not surprise me if the glowing reviews about working there are paid endorsements. It is a high stress environment, no room for innovation, just clear as many tickets as fast as possible. High learning curve. everything is custom built in-house solutions, even the company messaging system is an in house custom solution. And because of the problem mentioned before, nothing works quite as intended. You will be blamed for not knowing the many nuances of their environment. All that said, while the company itself operates in the legal realm, the services they provide help enable the scammier businesses navigate loopholes and skirt regulations. A large chunk of their clients reside in foreign countries.

Hey, we hate hearing this. Sounds like your experience here was frustrating, and that’s not something we take lightly. We purposely build our tools in-house so everything stays connected, private, and secure. It helps us protect everyone’s personal info and keep things consistent, even if there’s a bit of a learning curve. At the end of the day, we’re here to help people start and run real businesses with confidence. We’re proud of our team and our culture, but we do take your feedback seriously and we’re always looking for ways to get better.
