No effective management, benefits and bad pay. Technical exposure can be good.

Pros
Good technical exposure and MD is very knowledgeable when he is available. Good bunch of engineers (what's left of them)
Cons
Pay isn't great No benefits package at all. Bare legal requirements. No effective management No investment into the company at all Engineers required to manage their clients as if they were the account manager for them, which leads to a lot of admin. Very high staff-turnover and slow hiring lead to long periods being short-staffed at least once a year. Egregious anti-competition clauses in engineer contracts to stop you working for any competitors. Don't sign it before you read it, or it may lead to trouble.
