Pros
A fantastic job. Very interesting never boring. I always felt comfortable and safe. The workload was appropriate.
Cons
Management played favorites. This is not a reflection of CCS. This is a reflection of nursing management at that location specifically. Nursing management would hire their friends and their friends children. They would play favorites heavily . They would give overtime to full-time people before they would give PRN or part time employees any hours. If you weren’t one of their favorites, you had to beg other staff to give you their hours if they were going to take a day off.
