      No job security They hired saying you will be out permanent employee,but when client side project got completed,they lay off without any notice. I got laid off within 7 months of joining

      A very good work life balance for women Strictly 5 days only ,they won't ask you to work on any saturdays Even if your performance dripps they give enough time and support to keep you back on track Experienced leaders Very good work from home culture Many training sessions They have good incentive plans for all your performance right from submissions to closures Wide range of IT clients to work with

      Thy won't allow you to leave that easily they value each one who joins the organisation and try to keep you at any cost provided you are a geniune employee.
