This job touches on a wide range of skill sets, such as computers, and people skills, class room management skills, understanding policies and implementing them. The company also has a very nice administration, and they look for ways to help employees to improve their performance rather than just harshly pushing them to their limits. The schedule is amazing, it follows a 10 month contract and major holidays. The company pays for health insurance, and has paid leave; and salary job.
Cons
There is little room for typical advancement, and the pay is for a tight budget.
