There is lots of overtime opportunity.

Cons

Head HR will say one thing and do another, promises made will not be kept, nepotism is strong with this one as well. Even if you have skills over others they won't promote you to a different position they'll pick their favorites. Hot work environment no cooling so upwards of 120 degrees. And a social atmosphere that feels worse than high school.

I can’t think of any pros to working here.

Cons

Barely ever gives out raises. No room for growth. Will give a promotion with little or no raise. Hostile working environment.
