      Pros

      The other employees are great people. The benefits are decent.

      Cons

      They use their decent benefits to lowball your salary. The leadership and HR team are worst in class. Promises are made but not followed through. Employees are expected to work astronomical amounts of hours and HR acts shocked when morale is in the crapper.

      Pros

      Great pay and benefits for the Roanoke valley. I worked with great individuals who care about providing a great service to our customers. There were times where the business units and IT shop worked cohesively when management stayed out of the way.

      Cons

      Lack of communication by senior leadership in the IT/Business shop. Promoting of incompetent employees to senior positions.
