There are no pros. Even cool people start losing their mind after a while,

Cons

A self-obsessed boss who is favorizing male over female employees. An HR person is her best friend, so you can't complain. The two of them diminish all others, take free days as they wish, yell without a reason, and generally make you feel horrible.

Great environment, good projects, excellent location, focus on quality. Very smart people with great work-life balance. A lot of positive organizational changes this year with the new management.

- Compared with the time when I started working there, now the company has changed some internal rules of work, and some people from the top management. - The new HR who works here for 7 months changed lot of things on better and has exceptional communication with coworkers.

Cons

Still needs co-ordination between departments in their work.
