Pros

The kids are wonderful. Lessons are pre-made. IT support is prompt. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Arbitrary class structures that do not allow for pedagogical improvements. Schedule changes are punitive towards tutors... prepare to be Low pay compared to most tutoring jobs. Quality assurance practices are questionable. Constant reminder emails can be irksome.

I recently started working with this online tutoring community. I have been very happy with the way they manage everything and the students I have had. The platform is easy to use and there are plenty of available resources. The students have been amazing!

Cons

I'm still looking to gain more students but that takes time.
