Pros

6 hour days make this an easy work day if you don't want 40. Free food depending on which location you work at. Various work locations in cafes or catering in and around the Bay Area.

Cons

Responsibilites are glossed over so you have no idea what you are getting into. Co-workers with minimal work ethic, immaturity, and phone use to avoid work tasks. Newbies get stuck with the crappy work. Young 'managers' who don't care and don't communicate well or at all. No training to show you ANYTHING. On-going false-hoods about hours you'll get. need i say more?

Pros

There is no positive reason to work for this company. The food is decent, but there are no redeeming qualities about this company.

Cons

Constantly moving goal posts. The say that their catering drivers are "on call" which means they think they are entitled to a scalable work force, which translates to inconsistent hours and no permanent schedule. The little owner with a napoleon complex flies off the handle unexpectedly and often. He calls impromptu meetings where he leads with questions such as "Do I need to fire somebody?" Which he usually ends up doing. There are no clear definitions of job descriptions or expectations and absolutely no formal training whatsoever. Hours are constantly cut and the workers are left scrambling to find extra income while the owners drive around in late model luxury cars and RVs. The owners have no respect for their workers, and treat them with contempt. They will lie about anything and everything to save or make an extra buck. When employees have suggestions or comments, they are treated with utter contempt by the owners and management, who have a god-complex where they have all the answers and everyone else is wrong.

Pros

The ONLY positive thing was a fast interview and hire (due to them being desperate for catering staffers).

Cons

Their management lies to your face about work, placement, responsibilities so you have no idea WHAT you are getting in to. They have young back-stabbing staffers/'management' who lie to them about you, so you are moved all around their 'cafes'. Responsibilities aren't described, and the places you are sent too have lazy staffers who give you the dirty jobs they don't want to do. And they have a lot of 'dead wood' employees who hate their jobs who slack, call in sick, or 'disappear'. CONSTANT turnover due to folks figuring it out what they got into was a nightmare of a job with stress, lying, a lot of work, and BS to your face. They now 'hide the name' of their company on job sites; as word is out what a horrible outfit they are to work for. They lease spots inside buildings to form corporate cafeterias and make the job sound glamorous...until you see what is really in store for you at one of their sites. Gosh, glad I got out quicklly!
