All departments are in the same room . Lot of noise . interruptions all the time. Zero respect to skills and efforts. CEO, Mr. Dafnis is concentrating most of daily decisions even on low level. Amazing for a 200 company. He is not trust anyone . Even his upper management and directors. Sales people joining from other companies are forced to park their contact/customers in CBS and fired or get a reduced salary after 18 months . There is a core of sales team that triggered upon CEO orders to handover the customer list. BE AWARE!! Technical people coming from other companies are pushed to work close with sales in order to open communication with their existing contacts for potential sales. In a case of failure , you fired or salary reduced. You are not able to build a long term trust relationship with CEO whatever effort you give. CEO is getting all decisions for firing (and hiring) people and is based upon how desperate you are (most desperate are proffered) . Stay away, or seek for a better environment in less than 12 months if you want to keep your sanity levels high.
