Not a good idea to work here

Close to the major highways.

Cons

Long hours, very unprofessional, no knowledge of warehousing principles. They definitely like to micro-manage at this company. Director of Distribution knows nothing about warehousing and in fact was fired a few years back by the company but the company saw fit to bring him back. Big, big mistake. I saw ways they could save so much money by doing things just a little differently but they are relying on someone who has ancient ideas and philosophies.

There are some good decent people working there and you can get a discount. Thats all!

Cons

The owner sets you up for failure, he is extremely aggressive.He is constantly belittling everyone in order to fatten his pockets. Harsh working environment, very hot and few breaks. Everything you do is timed, you must run around all day. No direct deposit available.

Company pays well. Interesting since growing new business. Can be a positive challenge since have to also develop procedures. Some mgmt personnel are good people.

Cons

Long hours, severe criticisms in front of peers and subordinates. Absolutely no loyalty to employees. A revolving door in many positions. Huge fear of owner throughout the business.
