Pros
Company has gone out of their way multiple times to try and make things better for all staff. Working from home during covid was tricky but they consistently tried to make everyones experience better during times when no one was allowed parties. All staff and management are approachable and will listen to you
Cons
The Rush of Halloween/Bookweek/Xmas can often pull all staff into customer service roles Working from home started to get lonely during lockdowns
