Pros

Absolutely zero. I would give negative stars if I could.

Cons

Ridiculous workload. It’s a small company in a podunk town and if you didn’t go to high school with people in the corporate office you will have a difficult time. No work life balance. Management bullies employees and even breaks the law with zero repercussions. It’s run like a high school with a bunch of mean girl cliques. I’ve never witnessed such unprofessional behavior. Behavior by management definitely reflects the backwards small town mentality.
