Users say... "bad management and customer base" "Stores only have 2 managers." "Upper management is sort of mean" "Oh where to start..two table sections..management treats servers horrible..as does the kitchen staff..servers have over 3 hours of non tipped sidework to take care of which I know is illegal..managers are busy playing favorites..orderiing food flirting and screwing around you can't get one when yoiu need one..managers are constantly yelling at servers so kitchen and expo mistakes..ask them to go to a guest table they dont..it's really as if they do not give a crap..that's why they have no good servers..who wants to be treated like that..making tips only..with guest that are already blaming the only face they see and than stuffing you cause service sucks and they did not get bread..did not get bread cause we ran out and kitchen said oh well you all can wait."
