Pros
Great coworkers. They are all hard working individuals.
Cons
Management has no idea what they are doing. Many promises were made by Madison Square Garden and none have been kept. I do not know about other talent focused organizations but players are treated 100 times better than staff. Staff is over worked, under payed, and overall not appreciated. If you want to join them just be careful. You can do better with other organizations in Esports and get payed what you deserve for the time you put into it.
