Poorly Run, Bad Management

Pros

Cash tips, which are not reported to the IRS.

Cons

Not customer oriented. Pay is slow. Supervisors not trained in customer skills. Lots of cursing in the workplace. Poor management.

Pros

Some of the people you get to work with. Money can be good at times

Cons

Forced schedule changes without notice. They tell you when you CAN and CANT work. Take "house tips" and divide as they see fit. Constant verbal harassment from "Management". Very large gap between upper and lower management. Take advantage of employees constantly through pay, work hours, and general situations
