Pros

I'm struggling. When I first worked there - in Horsham - it was great. A bit cliquey but I put up with it. The pay was ok. My manager and I got on like a house on fire. And the work ethos of the company, its principles and its ethics were to be highly commended.

Cons

The company went corporate in the summer of 2015. It became a call centre and we were suddenly clock watching. The worst thing was the blame culture between teams on the service team. It was them against us and it was a hideous environment to be in. What made it worse was the CONSTANT back stabbing, lies and gossip from the manager of one of the teams and her cronies. One woman who had worked for the company for almost twenty years was pushed to leave. I've never been so stressed out at work in my life. The day I walked out, I warned the new business manager to watch his back. Within a few weeks he was gone too.

Pros

I can work when I want, where I want to suit my family life. I find CC to be supportive of my needs as well as to the clients.

Cons

Being away from home can be difficult. Missing special family days can make me feel homesick.
