      $1 raise if you’re there for 6 months-1year

      Cons

      management is rude & kind of discriminatory. wouldn’t allow certain piercings & had to cover tattoos even small (i don’t have any but still thought it was odd.) super conservative. strict dress code. terrible employee discount

      Good family company, but watch your back.

      Pros

      Pay is competitive for the area. Family run company that has existed for 40 plus years.

      Cons

      Management has their jobs due to tenure NOT experience. They do not know how to properly manage people and hold on to them. There is a large amount of turnover.

      Pros

      - i think the last time i worked here was actually in 2019, not 2022 (glassdoor wouldn't let me choose otherwise) - owners of the business were nice - coworkers were chill for the most part

      Cons

      - upper management (certain supervisors/boss' were awful) - "customer is always right" is BS - bakery retail's expectations were always higher than other departments
