Lots of hours, get paid every week, get 3 breaks, busy store

Cons

Often work more than 5 days in a row without over time, family owned company so there is favouratism, usually get the schedule 1 week in advance, sometimes less. Lots of clicks or popularity advantages. Feels like highschool. If you are not known you will never be recognized for your hard work.

Good flexibility for a work-life balance

Cons

You’ll feel like family, if you’re part of the family. This company is family owned and their slogan is “You’ll feel like family” this is not true if you work for them. They’re only concerned about the family itself and “looking good” to the public eye. Management is mostly family or family friends and that is the only way to get ahead in the company, some consider themselves “tough guys” or “mob bosses”. Working hard can only get you so far.

Great place to work . Very flexible work schedule and an easily accessible management team. Work can be a little physically tasking but the people I work with a just amazing.

Cons

You are to do your job and that's all. Advice or suggestions are not taken from lower level staff. Very great idea must be from management.
