Pros

There is no pros for this company. They changed their name to Light Source

Cons

Company is completely unethical. It starts with the CEO. They have IRS liens on clients taxes, health insurance was stopped for clients due to lack of payment. Lawsuits for working in states where they are not licensed. They collect workers comp premiums on clients that are not approved and have no coverage. If you like working for a company that will have its doors closed by the IRS, apply to light source

Pros

Pizza. But not good enough to keep people there.

Cons

Another employee quit today after less than a month. People are leaving left and right and the company is doing nothing about it.

Pros

Most people are okay to work with.

Cons

They have a terrible reputation in the industry. They don't treat people well. Work isn't evenly distributed. No training or direction. Management doesn't take responsibility and no follow through. Really high turnover. Very shady activities.
