      Pros

      Colleagues- a wealth of experience experience in most teams but so undervalued that everyone ends up totally demoralised.

      Cons

      Senior management, old boys club, sexism, lack of development/training/progression. Salary is very uncompetitive and unfair- only management favourites (usually male) get the promotions/pay increases. Company car drivers totally robbed upon handing back outdated Vauxhalls that they are given for years over their initial lease for unwarranted and false "damages" no estimates, quotes or invoices provided. Unrealistic targets, unsafe offices, terrible working hours. The front of most offices are crumbling but nothing ever done to upgrade them.

Within the Property Management departments we do have many staff who have been with us long term and are very happy in their roles, however we appreciate any feedback.
