Fair pay with salary’s advertised across the business. Remote working. Used to send out care packages.
Cons
Nepotism. This is by far one of the upmost cliquey places I have ever worked where employees will quickly turn on their ‘friends’ to save themselves. Top heavy senior management, a vast majority who are under qualified, out of touch or have out of date knowledge. Yet retain their jobs. Middle management will constantly take credit for your work and often ignore anything you query or escalate meaning you’re often left completely stuck. By far the worst HR I have ever dealt with, anything you raise isn’t taken seriously, is undermined and just brushed under the carpet. No logic ever seems to be applied to dealing with anything, managers often forget they're are customers at the end of this who are constantly miss-sold, mislead and ignored.
