If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a nightmare for employees. The culture revolves around a hire-to-fire mentality, with absolutely chaotic leadership that lacks vision and strategy.
Expect to work overtime regularly, often until midnight, with a standard schedule that stretches from 9 AM to 7 PM on weekends—pure slavery. Employees are treated with no respect and are seen as disposable. Management treats their workforce like trash, with no acknowledgment of their efforts.
Even worse, when you finish a project, the credit goes to irrelevant contractors who did little to no work, while full-time employees end up working for the contractors. The lack of fairness and recognition is beyond frustrating.
The salary is abysmal, there’s no work-life balance, and the overall environment is toxic. Avoid this company at all costs unless you enjoy being overworked, undervalued, and disrespected.
