      Rough culture, young leadership

      Pros

      Fun teams, great enthusiasm for challenges, had really good people trying to solve problems.

      Cons

      Pretty difficult leadership team to work with. Highly political and lack of trust from founders in new team members. Did not process disagreements well and did not want to hear alternative opinions. Continuously promise features and new development goals to close a sale and then fail to deliver.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours and fair pay, but comes at a cost.

      Cons

      Training and onboarding was a joke and consisted of reading to you from a document and leaving you to your own devices starting week 2. I asked for pto which is supposed to be “unlimited” and was reminded I had a quota to meet. Management was extremely passive aggressive despite them saying they’re there to support you.
