Access to course content Some included benefits

Cons

Poor management, direction changes, lack of internal cohesion with teams. Some good, many poor hires with limited knowledge to help. Lack of executive support.

100% remote working environment that values work life balance and provides good compensation.

Cons

Although there are talks about career progression, I feel that it's harder for SDRs to make to AE transition, especially in the newer team
