Pros
Courtesy Staffing is by far the best place I've worked for. They often have job orders they'll give you and it's up to you to take them. It seems when you say yes, they're inclined to count on you for future work orders. Which means more work for you. Their employer clients are extremely professional and easy to work for.
Cons
Work, like with many temp places, can be hit and miss. Sometimes there are a lot of work orders, sometimes there are slow periods. Mostly, work is slow. Clients will usually, but not always, pay minimum wage. And after taxes, you're not left with too much money. Definitely not a place to spend a career.
