      Pros

      Bagel day, bring your dog to work day, nice people, cook outs, 401k, health benefits, discounts

      Cons

      Ceo and GM are clueless. Lack organization and put all the pressure on their under payed employees. Managers do not have any corporate experience what so ever, it's pretty embarrassing. Employees who have been in the company for years and far more capable are overlooked. No loyalty at all.

      Pros

      Some people are great - fun to work with, free food/pizza days, can be relatively stress free, good work life balance

      Cons

      Some people are rude/snotty lots of favoritism and nepotism, new/younger management struggles and company is loosing focus on what it does well. Several people are promoted by knowing the right people or just being last person standing as turnover is quite high. This does not give you the best staff, but it keeps salary costs down I'm sure. Some of the older staff are clueless/incompetent and need to retire - buy they stay due to favoritism and nepotism.

      Pros

      The employees there really care about what they do, and try their best. They often had pizza and bagel days, and the office environment was relaxed and casual.

      Cons

      Massive layoffs due to the company president’s overall incompetence. Unlike most successful companies, he insists on micromanaging tasks for each employee despite not having any formal education or training. This ego-driven way of doing business has costed the company greatly.
