      - Brand (but this is being milked to death) - If you're an underachiever you can stay here forever

      Cons

      - Run by sychopants - Self-serving managers that bully others - ExCo totally useless and havent seen any real turnover for years - Constant restructuring, moving teams from one megalomaniac to another - HR issues swept under the carpet - Antiquated technology - Rely on external investment consultants to help manage cowboy investment managers

      Coutts on your CV will always mean you get future interviews. Physically a very beautiful, elegant building to work in

      Cons

      Poorly paid in comparison to market standard. You will need to accept bullying, discrimination and favoritism as part of your everyday working life. Management have no grasp of wealth management, only white boards and retails theories. You will learn everything you could need to know about micro management - experts in this field.
