Easily one of the most toxic work environments I have ever experienced. “Leadership” is self-serving and just evil. “Management” is immature and has no idea what they are doing. Run away from this place as fast as you can.

Everybody at the office is related or goes to the same church. If you’re not apart of the family or go to their church, it feels like you’re excluded. My manager had a hard time communicating with me but would effectively communicate with his cousin which is also on our team. A lot of favoritism. Nobody is on the same page and communication is horrible. Most unprofessional place I ever worked at.

The people in the company are amazing, everyone is very friendly and supportive. The company is constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.

Cons

It is very fast-paced and while we do try to improve efficiency on work, we don't really have the infrastructure for that. It is also very normal for people to stay late to meet deadlines.
