- No pay - Thomas is very rude to everyone (will leave you outside waiting in the cold and not respond to your text when you're outside freezing to death & suppose to be at work and doesn't give you a key because it's not his property) - No growth, you will be at the same position for years. - Such a boys club, all of the guys get along with each other and act like a high school clique and don't let the new guys/girls in. - All of the 5 stars review are current people whom work with Thomas and he makes them give the company reviews - Glacier pace. You will be working on multiple projects that seem to be going nowhere & people have no idea what to do with the project, who to sell it to, and who to market it. - Bosses have no IT experience so they know nothing on how to handle, produced, packaged, and deploy an application for the world to see. - Thomas expects you to work more hours than he does even though he's in charge of the company. - Just take advantages of students with little to no experience in order to fatten up their wallets.
