Beware of this Ever Changing Money Hungry Company

Helping Patients and making a difference in the lives of the patients we serve.

Cons

Management. This is a perfect example of a one time good company that is now run by a greedy, morally unethical, and narcissistic CEO. The CEO and upper level management have absolutely no idea of what goes on in the field. They are only interested in making money at any cost. The town hall meetings and meetings among the sales teams are just jokes. The staff on the front lines is treated poorly and not supported.

This company’s executive leadership team will eventually run itself to the ground, especially the sales leadership team. Good and loyal employees are fleeing fast! Run so far away from this company.

Cons

One of the craziest, most toxic work environments I've ever experienced. Not safe for patients or staff. I left at soon as I realized the full extent of the madness in this place because I didn't want to tarnish my reputation or integrity by being associated with Covenant Care. I left without another job lined up because it was Just. That. Bad.
