The Mission and Values of the organization are carried by many of the employees that all shared passions for patient care.

Cons

Poor behaviors of certain leadership is not addressed. Creates a hostile environment to work in.

There are flexible, occasional positions available.

Cons

Focuses primarily on profit, while treating employees like disposable garbage. Covenant has a high employee turnover rate and struggles to recruit more healthcare employees because of this. It is a very chaotic and toxic working environment. I found myself depressed and angry working here and relief after I left for a position elsewhere.
