Pros

working environment is near perfect. the school has placed so much value on things that are not obtainable in other universities. light is very stable although expensive. internet services are very good and so is security. i believe the school environment has provided everything needed (even though at an expensive rate for consumable goods) to make staffs not want to think of leaving.

Cons

well firstly i believe in transference and juxtaposition of knowledge. the idea of penning staffs down here without interference from other schools will limit knowledge gained to within the school walls. if the school can create a platform that will encourage staffs to gain academic knowledge and expertise in other relevant institutions while still been a staff of the school. i believe this would further create a boost for the fulfillment of the vision 2020. secondly i wish the school to look into the terms, bond and agreements signed between her and the staffs especially the Ph.D students. when work is done without fear maximum output is attainable and this also drives us further positively in attaining vision 2020 Lastly among other things, i wish the school to look into the COREN requirement for staff student ratio especially in engineering classes. the students class size outweighs class capacity of some departments for some departments. thanks.
