Pros

Not many pros working at Covantbridge

Cons

Complete favoritism by management, very low pay. Lots of unnecessary work added daily. Training is stale, underwhelming and not close to thorough.

Nothing at all, no pros working here.

Cons

So many! Working 12-14 hour days, a terrible salary, working weekends to keep up, Zero work life balance, more and more work added daily . Micromanaged 24/7 on top of a below industry standard salary. Management plays favorites. No time to work with employees but still expected too. High turnover rate.
