      - CoverGo has grown a lot over the years but still keeps the relentless desire to keep improving and growing and shaping the insurance industry - Fast-paced environment with high expectation on everyone to deliver - this is how CoverGo succeeded to become one of the leaders in the insurtech space - Great place to learn and meet very diverse team operating globally - Truly a global company with team and clients based across all the regions

      - It can be intense so it's not for people who prefer a quiet job - As a fast-growing company, there are natural challenges that come with it but this is also the exciting part of the journey as the company needs to keep adapting to thrive
