      Pros

      Overtime. there's plenty of overtime due to everyone leaving.

      Cons

      1.They make promises to get you in the door, like promotional opportunities, training etc and they never follow through. 2.They pay Minority Officers less than all the other employees , even when the minority officer is more qualified. 3.They will fire you in a heartbeat . 4. The Office management is very cliquish ,2 faced , and will stab you in the back All the qualified Officers have either quit or have been fired over BS , now they are scraping the bottom of the barrel and hiring just anyone just to fill a space, even hiring officers who don't have a guard card . Its a toxic work environment, run!!

      Great way to get your certs for armed security

      Cons

      Armed security is the worst reliable source of income unless you can live on $17hr and still living at home .. this profession is for retirees that already have a pension
