Pros

Pro's? An interesting concept when thinking about working at Coveris. Factory management staff and the warehouse lot are a really good bunch, always very helpful and generally just 'nice'!

Cons

Appalling place to work. No trust in staff, everyone is marked and there are people being pushed out of the business weekly. Long working hours for minimal pay. I wouldn't recommend this employer to anyone. You will not be cared about at Coveris, you are a number and you're completely disposable. A culture of fear around them based in the offices.

Beats no job but just barely

Cons

Mean and unreasonable CEO. CEO belittles his execs and calls them "Stupid". Is not trustworthy- tells exec he/she is doing well, but then walks out of meeting and says the exec is stupid. Only the CEO's ideas have merit.

Pay and benefits are good.

Cons

Equity based company. Always looking to sell the business. Very limited resources (lean to the point of being borderline dysfunctional). Work load is way too high for individuals. Everyone is a "working" manager (no one to delegate work to). High stress work environment.
