      Can buy stock fairly cheaply

      Toxic work culture where bullying is ignored and generally speaking, for most of the staff who do the heavy lifting, pay is very low.

      Since being taken over by the US the culture has gone down the toilet. Management don't like to fork out the money and the pay reviews were woeful, regardless of performance.
