Working with patients and medical staff makes the job feel great.
Cons
The staff including the administration strive to make their point that they are your boss and you can't sneeze without them noticing. I complete my job every day. When my fellow employees complain about not being able to handle the job you will get blamed for harassing the employee. Overall the work being donew is not worth the pay of this job.
