      Pros

      - Work / life balance - Opportunities to grow and move around the company - WFH/ Flexible working arrangements - Constantly trying to improve workplace, company culture, - Fun team events / social interactions

      Cons

      Pretty normal startup 'problems' - - lack of procedures in place, but overall working well anyway to build up procedures, policies, etc - Things are constantly changing (and evolving) - goals, vision, product etc.

      Absolutely friendly and helpful staff. Truely cares about improving healthcare to the every day Australian.

      Cons

      Working remotely might be difficult for some people.

      A great place to grow and learn while having fun in the process!

      Pros

      Coviu is a great place to work! At Coviu we have a good work life balance, lots of knowledgeable people willing to share experiences, and a good culture which values openness, honesty and allows people to be their genuine selves.

      Cons

      Coviu was relatively small at the start of Covid19 and experienced a big boom in customer growth and company size. It still has some growing pains leftover from this but it’s nothing that isn’t manageable and contributes more novelty and excitement then problems.
