      Pros

      Pay is pretty awesome (with tips) the actual pay is little but I always made enough tips to make it worth it! $11.50 pay plus $20-$60 in tips per shift.

      Management was messy (old manager no longer there)

      Pays good. Your general manager really determines how your work life is week to week.

      Corporate team can be overbearing. Quick to come down on you when things go poorly. Slow to pat you on the back.

      Pays eh money for your work

      Cons

      Pays too much for catering team that does nothing but expects everything. Passes their mistakes to the customers with price raises multiple times a year. Too much upper management, not enough actual staff.
