Pros

Close to home. My children went to school with me. Teaching is a passion and I got to do what I loved.

Cons

Administration is weak and spineless. Children broke school handbook rules daily and repeatedly, no back up from admin. To them, it was a PR nightmare. Scores stressed at EVERY staff meeting.
